roz. Bands, die nach 35 Jahren immer noch zusammen musizieren, sind selten. Fleetwood Mac standen zwar mehrmals kurz vor der Auflösung, feierten dann aber regelmässig wieder Erfolge. Interne Querelen drängten die Musik mehrmals in den Hintergrund. Nun aber überraschen Stevie Nicks, Mike Fleetwood, Lindsey Buckingham und John McVie ihre Fans mit einer neuen CD. Auf "Say You Will" sind 18 (!) poppige Rocksongs zu finden. Klar, dass bei dieser Menge nicht alle Hitpotential haben. Das Album ist aber solide, die Qualität stimmt fast ausnahmslos. Hier und da kreischen die Gitarren ungewohnt laut. Es sind tolle Nummern dabei mit den typischen unvergesslichen Fleetwood-Melodien, teilweise folkig angehaucht, mit treibenden Rhythmen.
